Our refund policies are specific to each service we provide:

Finished Services: Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for services that have been fully completed. This is due to the varying distribution of resources and efforts throughout different stages of a project.

Setup Fees and Costs: Refunds do not apply to setup fees or costs.

Taxes: We don't provide refunds for taxes that regulatory bodies require us to collect as part of our fees.

Violation of Terms and Conditions: If our terms and conditions are violated, we reserve the right to terminate a client's service without providing a refund.

Exceptions for Same-Day Delivery: Please note that our refund policy does not apply to same-day delivery services. We cannot give refunds for delays or disruptions caused by third parties. Generally, refunds are processed and should reach clients within 5 to 7 business days following the initial payment verification.

Cancellation Policy Overview Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and straightforward. Please keep the following key points in mind :

How to Cancel: If you need to cancel, get in touch with our billing department or your assigned account manager. The relevant department needs to approve your cancellation request before it's officially accepted.

Cancellation Timing: To be considered valid, your cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of purchasing the service and before we start working on the project.

Third-Party Services Exclusion: Please be aware that our cancellation policy doesn't apply to services provided by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, hosting, web development, content creation, and similar services.
